Frequently asked questions
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Bonus credits from one-time packs stay on your account until used.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used a meaningful amount of credits. Contact support for help.
- Can I use Pro for my team?
- Pro is a per-user plan. For multiple seats or custom needs, reach out to us via the contact page.
